Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send the booking form we receive your name, email address, dates, number of guests and anything you write in the notes, plus your phone number if you give it. We use it only to answer your request and, if you book, to manage your stay.

Who sees it

Our reservations team and the front desk. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers. Payment is handled by our payment provider through a secure link; we never ask for card numbers by email.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax purposes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to stay@lumina.devany.app.
